4 Different Ways to Spend New Year's Eve Together

Family-friendly ideas for all ages to enjoy bringing in the NEW year!

Here are 4 fun ideas you may not have thought of for celebrating New Year's Eve as a family:

1. Have a bowling party! There’s still space available at Cherry Grove Lanes and Crossgate Lanes. There are options for different times of day whether you want to ring in the new year at the bowling alley or just stop in for a competitive game or two earlier in the day.

2. Not only is the Cincinnati Zoo hosting it's PNC Festival of Lights on December 31st, but it is also having a glow party celebration with an early kid-friendly countdown to 2022 starting at 8pm. Click here for more details on all the fun activities the zoo has planned for the night.

3. Do you have older kids who love adventure? Try an escape room geared towards families specifically: The Escape Room Family, LLC in Sharonville, OH. There’s also Houdini’s Room Escape near Blue Ash which doesn’t have a family-specific set-up, but most of their rooms are kid-friendly and would be great to try with pre-teen or teenage kids.

4. Bring the excitement of a fresh start with you out on the Ohio River with a BB Riverboat Cruise "Countdown to 12:00 Noon Party!" Book tickets here. The cruise serves a full lunch and your favorite characters from pirates to princesses, and even SUPERHERO characters, will be onboard celebrating with you!

Whatever you choose to do this NYE, I hope you enjoy the time with your family. Wishing all of you a very happy, and healthy, start to 2022!
